Together, the two companies are joining forces to develop FluidiTower, a revolutionary platform designed to optimize port and airport operations. The announcement was made at the FrancoTech event held in Paris on October 3 and 4, organized by the Secrétariat général du Sommet de la Francophonie in partnership with Business France and the Alliance des patronats francophones.
FluidiTower is an intelligent control tower powered by artificial intelligence, based on existing technological solutions in the SOGET ecosystem (PCS, PMIS, Guichet Unique du Commerce Extérieur). This new platform will enable port operators to proactively prioritize critical tasks, automate low value-added tasks, and improve real-time decision-making through predictive analytics. By using historical data to anticipate future port activities, FluidiTower will provide valuable, real-time information to optimize cargo flows, reduce congestion and improve overall efficiency.
“SOGET is proud to be building its next-generation Port Community System and Foreign Trade Single Window today, drawing on the expertise of the benchmark in Artificial Intelligence on the North American continent: Airudi. Our ambition is to develop the most efficient and effective digital community platforms for our customers. – Hervé Cornède, President of SOGET
This project, estimated at 2 million euros, will create significant added value throughout the logistics supply chain. By improving the efficiency of port operations, FluidiTower will bring concrete benefits to all the players involved, from port authorities to carriers and importers/exporters.
“This partnership perfectly embodies our vision at Airudi: to use artificial intelligence to solve complex challenges while creating human value. With FluidiTower, we are revolutionizing port management by providing intelligent solutions that optimize processes, reduce costs and improve the sector’s overall competitiveness.” –Pape Wade, Airudi CEO
This collaboration is also a perfect example of how technology developed from Montreal can enable Quebec and French companies to work together to generate growth and value in their respective business models. By merging Airudi’s artificial intelligence expertise with SOGET’s port, logistics and airport know-how, this partnership will increase innovation and deliver cutting-edge solutions to their customers.
“This collaboration between SOGET and Airudi illustrates Quebec’s leadership role in the field of artificial intelligence. By deploying innovative solutions for the maritime sector, we are placing our ports at the cutting edge of technology, strengthening the efficiency and sustainability of our operations. These initiatives are fostering new partnerships between Quebec and French companies, consolidating business relations between our two nations.” – François Legault, Premier of Quebec
In addition, this initiative marks the start of a strategic expansion in Africa, where SOGET and Airudi plan to develop new partnerships to extend the use of FluidiTower and meet the specific needs of African ports. This pioneering project will pave the way for international collaborations aimed at improving the efficiency of port, airport and logistics operations in Europe, Canada and around the world.
With FluidiTower, SOGET and Airudi intend to revolutionize port management by offering port authorities and private players a comprehensive operations optimization solution, which will promote greater efficiency and better organization of port and airport activities.
