Established in the early 1980s as a result of the avant-gardist spirit of the Le Havre port community, and at a time when maritime transport flows were rising, SOGET provides software solutions to facilitate international trade. Technological excellence, expertise in industry processes and recognized experience have been the core components of SOGET’s DNA since 1983.
SOGET, today a global leader in Port Community Systems (PCS), offers its solutions across four continents, from France to Indonesia, the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Jamaica.
Our capacity to develop tailored digital solutions in cooperation with public and private stakeholders offers efficient, flexible and resilient tools to boost your competitiveness.
To meet your needs, SOGET develops all-French software and services that supplement its PCS. These are generally for a single trade, but are all designed to make work easier for logistics chain operators and are interoperable with the PCS. They are management programmes for port authorities, warehouse operators and applications for making online customs declarations, appointments in the port area, online regulatory and financial document submission and for measuring performance.
Our port customers worldwide handle a total of 575 million metric tons of goods, 14 million TEUs and 500,000 vehicles.
SOGET creates connectivity to make your trade and transactions more secure and more efficient, from producer to customer, and so that together, we co-produce the digital optimization of the future by supporting you in a digital 4.0 world where data and trust are the cornerstones of our value creation.
SOGET has been a Microsoft Gold Partner since 2011. It is a founding member of the International Port Community Systems Association (IPCSA) and of Trafis Lab, the first public-private research laboratory dedicated to facilitating global trade, digital technology and artificial intelligence.
In 2020, SOGET and its counterpart in Marseille, MGI, launched the France PCS industry group, a digital alliance set to become the key partner of institutions in support of France’s competitiveness in the logistics sector.
