    On the occasion of the progressive reopening of the premises, the SOGET Support team welcomes you again on +33 2 35 19 25 70.All assistance requests are handled from Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 12.00pm and 1.30pm to 6.30pm CET via the three dedicated channels: the secure Client space: https://helpdesk.soget.fr , the help[@soget.fr] email service and the telephone (until 5.30pm).  In order to optimise the processing of their file, users are invited to provide all relevant references and documents. The SOGET teams are 100% mobilised to guarantee 100% service.

S)ONE in Jamaica, 100% operational for maritime flows!

    Since the beginning of April, all import, transhipment and export flows in the ports of Kingston and Montego Bay are now fully processed in S)ONE. Totally interfaced with the information systems of the private sector, the Jamaican Customs (ASYCUDA) and the e-Gov online payment platform, S)ONE in Jamaica, is the first Port Community System 100 % operated on Microsoft Azure Cloud. It connects some 950 economic players and covers 85% of foreign trade. SOGET and Jamaica PCS, are now working on the launch of air flows and Truck Appointments System.

E-learning available to S)ONE users!

    S)ONE users can take advantage of the e-learning module. Developed on Microsoft technologies, it is accessible to all identified S)ONE registered users. It provides access to a complete S)ONE handbook: an online guide and e-learning videos to learn, practice or in case of difficulties experienced while using S)ONE!     SOGET is pursuing its cybersecurity policy and strengthening the security of access to its databases, with the help of S)ONE users and a simple measure: stricter rules for updating passwords. The instructions have just been sent to all our customers by our sales teams. New users will automatically adopt these rules upon creation of their S)ONE account.
